  5. After kneading, make a round shape and ferment until doubled in size. Dip your fingers in flour and poke holes to ensure fermentation is complete

  10. Place in the oven for secondary fermentation until nine minutes full

  11. Cover the toast box, preheat the oven at 170° for 5 minutes, place the toast box on the middle and lower layers of the baking sheet and bake for 40 minutes

  12. Remove the film and dry until warm. Store in a plastic bag
