Red date yogurt toast
Overview
I like the feeling of fragrance filling the house and watching my family wipe away all their achievements! Roll on, my dough! Fragrant, my bread~~~~~~

Steps
-
In the dough mixing bowl, first put yogurt, eggs, salt and sugar (separately), then put flour, yeast on top, stir and knead well
-
It takes about 10 minutes to pull out the rough film (it feels particularly easy to knead when adding yogurt, and a little film will appear in a moment)
-
Add chopped butter and continue kneading and beating in various ways (knead for about 20 minutes and take a small piece of dough)
-
Just stretch it out and you can pull out the film. If it's still not there, keep kneading (mine is not very thin yet)
-
After kneading, make a round shape and ferment until doubled in size. Dip your fingers in flour and poke holes to ensure fermentation is complete
-
Divide the fermented dough into three parts and let it rest for 15 minutes
-
Roll the dough into an oval, fold it, and continue to rest for 15 minutes
-
Roll into a rectangular shape and spread with chopped red dates
-
Roll it up, make three pieces one after another and put them into the toast box
-
Place in the oven for secondary fermentation until nine minutes full
-
Cover the toast box, preheat the oven at 170° for 5 minutes, place the toast box on the middle and lower layers of the baking sheet and bake for 40 minutes
-
Remove the film and dry until warm. Store in a plastic bag
-
Internal organization, one piece without red dates can be used as a sandwich
