[Pineapple Chicken Slices] Pineapple tastes delicious when added to dishes. I pat myself first. I was originally going to make chicken slices, but the slightly frozen chicken slices were cut too thin. After being marinated and stir-fried, it turned into shredded and minced meat! Fortunately, the taste is still the same, let’s call it pineapple chicken slices. Sweet and sour pineapple, paired with tomato sauce, tastes very popular with children. I found that it is actually very convenient to use tomato sauce for sweet and sour food.

Peel and cut the pineapple into pieces, blanch it in light salt water, remove from the pot and pour water over it.

Slice the chicken, add salt, cooking wine, light soy sauce and pepper to evenly coat. Grab a little starch before putting it in the pot.

Heat oil in a wok, add chicken and fry until loose.

Saute minced garlic until fragrant.

Add the pineapple slices to the pot and return the chicken to the pot.

Pour in the tomato sauce, add a spoonful of sugar, pour a spoonful of white vinegar, and serve.
