Deviled Eggs
Overview
I bought two bottles of French mustard (MUSTARD). Unlike Japanese mustard, it is smooth, not spicy and has a slightly sour taste. The most commonly used method of French mustard is directly as a dipping sauce, which is very suitable for fried foods, mustard salads, steaks, barbecues, sausages, etc.

Add water to the pot, add the eggs and cook for 5 minutes, then turn off the heat and simmer for 10 minutes;

Take out the eggs and let them cool;

Peel the eggs, cut them in half and take out the yolks;

Add mustard, salad dressing and pepper to the egg yolks and mix well;

Put the mixed mayonnaise back directly or squeeze it into the eggs;
