Shred the carrots and fry until soft.

Cut cucumber, ham, and eggs into strips and set aside.

Prepare sushi with nori, bamboo mat and knife.

Drizzle some sesame oil into the rice. (Adjust more or less according to personal taste)

A pinch of salt.
