Fried shredded potatoes

Overview

Potatoes, also called potatoes, contain a large amount of starch and protein, as well as a variety of vitamins, which can enhance physical fitness and protect the function of the digestive system. Potatoes have long become the second staple food in North America. Potatoes are also commonly eaten in my country, either fried, deep-fried, stir-fried or steamed... There are many ways to make them, without being rigid, and they are so flexible! The potatoes I eat most often are stir-fried, seasoned with a little salt and sugar, and sprinkled with a small spoonful of mature vinegar before serving to enhance the flavor. This can best bring out the original flavor and crispness of potatoes. After eating one plate, it can be used as a staple food and can be cooked. If you eat more, you don’t have to worry about gaining weight.

Steps

  1. Peel and shred the potatoes, soak them in water and wash them several times to remove the starch from the potatoes and make them delicious when fried. Drain the water after washing. Wash and shred the peppers and set aside. Smash the garlic cloves. Note that cut shredded potatoes cannot be soaked for a long time. Soaking them for too long will cause the loss of water-soluble vitamins and other nutrients.
