Braised Fish with Laba Beans
Overview
The fish is braised with naturally fermented laba beans, which is sweet and delicious every year. It only needs peanut oil and ginger to make delicious dishes with rice and wine.

Prepare the ingredients: wash and cut Laba beans and Anhui fish into pieces;

Marinate the fish pieces with salt, peanut oil, light soy sauce and cooking wine for 5 minutes;

Pour oil into a hot pan, add fish pieces and fry over low heat;

Flip the other side when it is slightly brown, add shredded ginger, and continue to fry until it is slightly brown;

Add laba beans;
