Peel the potatoes, cut into thick slices, then into thick strips and finally into cubes.

Minced meat.

Chop some minced garlic, chopped green onion, and mint.

Heat oil in a pan, add minced meat and stir-fry.

Sauté over low heat until fragrant.

Add diced potatoes and stir-fry until translucent.

Add a spoonful of light soy sauce and a little sugar and stir well to incorporate the flavour.

Stir-fry until cooked through, as shown in the picture.

Finally, the chopped green onions are added.
