Find a large container, put a layer of cucumbers and sprinkle a layer of salt. Every two or three hours, find another container, pour the cucumbers on top into another container, sprinkle some salt appropriately, pour the water out together, and stir it several times until the cucumbers are softened;
-
Soak 1 pound of pickling salt and 2 pounds of rock sugar in boiling water, cut dry chili peppers and soak them together. Stir them after a while to help the salt and rock sugar melt faster;
-
When the cucumbers are soft, pick them up and put them into the final pickling container. Pour two bottles of white vinegar into the sugar and salt water (you can use less vinegar if you don’t like sourness), pour it into the pickling box and sprinkle a little salt on top;
-
Press it with stones;
