Braised noodles
Overview
I only started learning to cook when I had a family. My husband likes to eat noodles (noodles from his hometown). Every time I go back to China, I secretly learn what my husband likes to eat at home!

Knead the dough, make it harder and the texture will be smoother; after kneading, wrap it in plastic wrap and soften it for a while;

Break the green pepper into small pieces with your hands, cut the tomatoes into cubes, and mince the ginger and garlic;

Hand-rolled noodles (hand-rolled noodles are safe to eat);

Cut out the shape you like and set aside;

While the water is boiling, start cooking; put oil in the pot, heat the oil and fry the eggs;

Take out the eggs; leave a little oil in the pot, sauté the minced ginger and garlic (leave half of the minced garlic for later use), add tomatoes and stir-fry, stir out the water, add light soy sauce and stir-fry;

Boil water to cook noodles;

After the noodles are cooked, pour out the excess soup from the noodles, and then pour the fried noodles into the noodles;

This step is very important: put a little oil in the wok, heat and sauté the minced garlic, and quickly add a spoonful of the cooked noodles (this will make the soup taste very good). This step must be done;

Then pour the cooked soup into the cooked noodles, and season with salt, vinegar, and chicken essence according to personal taste;
