Rainbow trout pasta
Overview
The last time I went to buy salmon, I saw two fish that looked the same in the supermarket (I thought they were both salmon). One is with skin and the other is without skin. The ones with leather are a dollar cheaper than the ones without leather. So I happily chose the leather one. When I came back and looked at the receipt, it said steelhead, but after checking, it turned out to be called rainbow trout. But it doesn’t matter. Rainbow trout, like salmon, belongs to the family Salmonidae, and its living habits are similar to salmon. There are few specific rainbow trout recipes online, and nutritionists and chefs recommend cooking them as salmon is.

Prepare the ingredients: wash and drain the rainbow trout, dice the celery and carrots, and chop the pepper and basil finely. Olive oil, salt, light soy sauce, garlic chili sauce and salt.

Boil the pasta in boiling water for ten minutes, adding a pinch of salt and a few drops of olive oil while cooking.

After cooking, rinse with cold water and drain

Add olive oil to the pan and fry the rainbow trout over medium heat for 4 minutes.

Then smear the fish with garlic chili sauce (how much or how spicy you like it), pour in an appropriate amount of light soy sauce, sprinkle a little salt (if you add too much garlic chili sauce, no need to add salt), continue frying for 2 minutes and then remove from the pan.

Wash the pot, or put it in another pot, add olive oil and salt, diced carrots and celery, and sauté the pepper segments over high heat for one minute.

Add the drained pasta and basil leaves, mix well and turn off the heat.
