Ingredients
Steps
-
Mix milk powder and low-gluten flour and sift through a mesh sieve. Set aside.
-
Beat the softened butter with an electric mixer on low speed.
-
Add powdered sugar and fine salt and beat evenly with an electric mixer at low speed.
-
Add the whole egg liquid in 3 additions, beating at medium speed for each addition before adding the next time.
-
Beat the butter until it doubles in volume and turns light yellow in color, then add the sifted flour.
-
Use a rubber spatula to stir evenly until no flour is visible. Be careful not to overmix.
-
Fit a piping bag with a piping nozzle, place the piping bag into a tall cup, and fill it with cookie batter. Use a spatula to push the batter towards the mouth.
-
Place a silicone baking mat on the baking sheet, hold the piping bag in your left hand, squeeze with your right hand, and squeeze out round cookies in a clockwise direction. Keep a certain distance between the squeezed cookies because the cookies will expand during baking.
-
Preheat the oven to 175 degrees, set the upper and lower heat to 175 degrees, place the baking sheet on the middle shelf, and bake for 20 minutes.
-
Freshly baked biscuits are soft and will become crispy when they are cooled on a baking sheet.
