Savory snack-Curry Crispy Balls
Overview
I have been making too many biscuits these days, and I am used to eating sweet snacks, but I suddenly feel tired. I was sorting out the ingredients at home last night, and there was a new bottle of curry that hadn't been opened yet. Now let’s get started~ There are only a few simple ingredients, not even the egg liquid is added, which is very convenient.

Soften butter at room temperature ahead of time.

Add sugar to the butter and beat with a hand mixer until the butter turns white and puffs up.

Combine the flour, salt, baking powder, and curry powder and stir briefly.

Then sift the mixed flour into the butter paste.

Mix well with a hand mixer. Don't over mix, just mix well.
