I took it home and made [Pineapple Jam]; but the jam log has not been posted yet. . Let’s make a pie first! ! Wash, peel and seed the apples, cut them into cubes and put them into the pot. Put the brown sugar into the pot as well.

Cook over low heat until the brown sugar dissolves and the apples will gradually become soft.

Cook until the sugar liquid is incorporated into the apples, leaving a little sugar liquid, then turn off the heat and let cool.

Prepare the pie crust and place the cooled apples on the pie crust.

Take another pie crust and cover the first one with apples

Use a fork to lightly press around the edges of the pie crust.

Put a little pineapple jam on the pie crust. Remember not to put too much pineapple jam otherwise it will overflow when baking.
