Savory bean dregs waffles
Overview
Made muffins several times. In fact, it is just a grafting of waffles and Chinese egg batter pancakes. It is named waffles because of its soft texture. Waffles seem to be mostly sweets, and I haven’t seen any other flavors. Chinese egg paste cakes are mostly salty. There is still a little bit of bean dregs left to make a savory pancake, which may be more in line with the traditional Chinese spleen and stomach. Spread thinly, it can be used as a burrito, wrapped with various vegetables and meats, and you can eat everything in one bite. However, this cake is a bit small, and it seems like it can't roll much. . . .

Materials

Pour the bean dregs into the bowl

Mix flour, baking powder and salt and sift into a bowl

Stir slightly

Add water

Make a thick and flowable even batter

Take an appropriate amount, put it into a pan, spread it out, and heat it over medium-low heat

When the bottom is golden brown, turn over and fry the other side

When both sides are golden, remove from the pan and let cool
