Overview
I have eaten braised chicken with rice and thought it tasted good. I thought it was actually stewed, the meat was rotten and the ingredients were rich in flavor. You can also do this with pork ribs, which is especially suitable for autumn and winter seasons and will not cause excessive heat.

After blanching the ribs, put it into the pressure cooker and add water to cover the ribs. Too much water and it becomes a stew.
