Soak the salted fish until soft, wash and cut into sections.

Cut the onion and ginger into slices, mix the sugar, light soy sauce and salted fish into a plate, and sprinkle the cooking wine evenly on the fish.

Put it into a pot of boiling water and steam for fifteen minutes.

After taking it out of the pot, pour the steamed fish with soy sauce. It’s salty and delicious😄
