First put the milk, eggs, salt, and sugar into the bread machine, then add the flour, and finally add the yeast powder.

Start the bread machine, knead the dough, add butter, and knead until an unbreakable film can be pulled out, and ferment for about 2 hours.

Mix butter, egg liquid, and sugar evenly.

Add the grated coconut and heat in the microwave for 1 minute, the coconut filling is ready.

Deflate the fermented dough.

Grate it into small doses. Press flat and roll into round shape.

Wrap with coconut filling.

Keep your mouth shut. Flatten it, roll it out, and score it a few times with a knife.

Roll up.

Twist your hands.

Circle it and pinch it tightly.

Place on a baking sheet lined with foil.

Let rise until doubled in size and brush with egg wash.

Place in the oven at 180 degrees for 25 minutes and the bread is ready.
