Fried apple rings + steamed bun slices
Overview
We northerners like to eat fried food. When the temperature drops, we seem to never get tired of eating anything, so we fry potatoes, fried radishes, fried peanuts, fried sweet potatoes, fried daiguxiang... Today I saw a food friend drying apples, and I felt itchy. Can I fry the apples?

Steps
-
Prepare ingredients! Two apples, two eggs, flour, cooking oil...
-
I specially tried two kinds of apples, one red Fuji and one Huaniu. Facts have proved that Red Fuji is more reliable. Huaniu noodles are too easy to break, so it is better to use them to scrape the mud!
-
Cut into slices with a crosswise knife, depending on your preference.
-
Use a tool to dig a hole in the middle, I used a bottle cap. 😁
-
Beat the eggs and set aside!
-
Dip the apple rings in flour
-
Then put it all in the egg mixture.
-
It's best to stick a layer of bread crumbs on it. I didn't have any ready-made and had to use steamed bun crumbs instead, and the effect was average.
-
Pour in the pumpkin seed oil and heat over low heat, making sure the oil temperature does not exceed 60 degrees.
-
Gently put the egg-coated apple rings into the oil and fry slowly until golden.

Dang Dang Dang! When it comes out of the pan, it actually looks pretty good when it’s freshly fried. It’s golden and beautiful, and you can tell it’s delicious just by looking at it!

Another close-up!
-
There are still egg liquids and steamed buns left, and then I fry the steamed bun slices to serve our grandpa with wine!

Strike a pose.

The baby said, this apple pie is so delicious! 😁
