Fried Bedding with Broccoli

Recently, I often eat beetles at home, which are small clams. This season is the harvest season in our local area. These small ones are cheaper, but the taste is the same.

1. 1 Prepare ingredients.

   

2. 2 Cut the broccoli into small florets, blanch them in water and quickly remove and cool them.

   

3. 3 Heat oil in a pan, add garlic slices and red pepper segments and sauté until fragrant.

   

4. 4 Add betin and stir-fry.

   

5. 5 Add broccoli.

   

6. 6 Fry briefly and add salt.

   

7. 7 Stir well again, add chicken essence to taste and serve.
