Preparing the chicken: Debone the chicken legs and score the chicken crosswise with a knife to make it more flavorful in the subsequent steps.

Place the marinated chicken in a crystal bowl and add olive oil, cumin, paprika, garlic powder, paprika, black pepper and salt to the bowl. Mix the chicken and all the seasonings thoroughly so that every part of the meat is coated with the seasonings.

Grill the marinated chicken legs on the grill and bake in the oven at 230 degrees for 15 to 20 minutes. (Chicken skin side up)

To make the sauce, whip the cream, add an appropriate amount of garlic and the juice of half a lemon and mix well.

Stir-fried French fries. French fries are fried. If the French fries become soft because they have been left for a long time, stir them in the pot again to make them crispier.

Chill the lettuce. Chill the lettuce in ice cubes for later use. This will make the lettuce crispier.

Warm the tortillas in the pan. (You can add a little water to increase the moisture and make the cake soft)

Cut the roasted meat. Take out the roasted meat and cut it into thin pieces.

Assemble on the crust, place lettuce, barbecue, French fries, cream, and squeeze a little lemon juice. (Remember to drain the lettuce)
