Blueberry Jam Cookies
Overview
I fell in love with this cookie the first time I saw it. It has milky white plum blossom petals and pink strawberry jam flower core. During the Qingming Festival holiday, I tried to make it at home. I didn’t have strawberry jam, so I used homemade blueberry jam as the flower center. It was quite successful, I love it!

Soften the butter at room temperature and beat with the powdered sugar.

Add the egg liquid several times and beat evenly with an electric egg beater.

Sift in medium flour and low flour and mix well with a spatula.

Use your hands to knead the dough into a ball, wrap the dough in plastic wrap and place it in the refrigerator for 20 minutes.

After taking out the dough from the refrigerator, use a rolling pin to roll it into a 4mm thick dough. Use a plum blossom mold to press out the shape, then press half of it with a small round mold.

Brush a layer of egg white liquid on top.

Cover the hollowed-out round shape on top of the original plum blossom.

Spoon jam into hollows.
