Prepare the ingredients (you can also replace the curry cubes with curry powder)

Dice the millet pepper, dice the onion, cut the potatoes into cubes, and cut the mushrooms into four quarters.

Bring water to a boil in a pot, blanch the mushrooms for a few seconds and take them out.

Pour a little oil into the hot pan, add onions and stir-fry until lightly browned. Add millet and pepper and stir-fry.

Add the potatoes and stir-fry for 3 minutes, then add the blanched mushrooms and stir-fry for another 2 minutes. Add the curry cubes and stir-fry until the curry melts.

Add hot water to cover the ingredients and simmer until the consistency you want.
