Strain the passion fruit juice and save the seeds for later use

Add 10 grams of white sugar to the passion fruit juice and dissolve (this amount is not included in the above ingredients, please use your own discretion)

Place a piece of cake into a four-inch removable bottom mold

Pour the cream to cover the cake slices

Add the second cake slice

Continue pouring the cream until it completely covers the cake slices

Gently shake out any air bubbles, smooth the surface with a spatula, and refrigerate overnight

After refrigerating overnight, take out the mold and gently blow it around with a hair dryer, take out the mousse, and decorate the surface with chocolate sauce and passion fruit seeds, or you can change it to your favorite shape and fruit
