Cheese black tea bread
Overview
Black tea has always been my favorite drink. From Hong Kong’s Vita Lemon to Mauritius’ vanilla black tea, I can’t put it down. The mellow aroma with a little bit of bitterness makes people really want to stop. Black tea is mild in nature and has a mellow taste. It not only warms the stomach, but also reduces inflammation and protects the gastric mucosa. It is also effective in treating ulcers, so I always I especially love desserts with black tea ingredients. For example, the honey black tea Fei Nanxie I made before has been my first choice for afternoon tea recently. This cheese black tea bread was also inspired by other people’s red bean bread made with black tea powder as an ingredient. In fact, baking is closely related to life. Don’t envy what others have, and see that what you have may be better than others. I used the leftover cheese I made from making cheese sticks and blended it into the bread. It tastes fragrant and has the slightest hint of tea aroma without any seasoning, and it doesn't have the sweet feeling of dessert. Cut a piece and pair it with a glass of milk to have a rich and nutritious breakfast. This feeling of self-sufficiency is very enjoyable.
