I used some of the Thai black glutinous rice I bought to make sweet glutinous rice last time. I’m going to make some desserts today, this time with ice cream in it!

  1. Black glutinous rice soaked for more than 2 hours in advance

  7. Take a plastic bag and put it on your hand, scoop some black glutinous rice
