Pick off the heads and tails of the sweet pea pods and wash them. Wash and slice carrots and set aside.

Cut the lean meat, add salt, chicken essence, light soy sauce, cooking wine and mix well, then add starch and stir.

Heat oil in a hot pan, pour the hot oil into the mixed lean meat, and mix well.

Leave the bottom oil in the pot, add the mixed lean meat and stir-fry. If the bottom of the pot is boiling, add some warm water. Fry until it changes color and set aside.

Add an appropriate amount of oil, stir-fry the sweet pods and carrots until the sweet pods are broken, and add some salt.
