Flour and cornmeal 4:1 (I used 2 kilograms of flour and half a kilogram of cornmeal). Add a small amount of bean flour and old flour (half a kilogram). Add warm water to form a soft dough. Let it rise until it doubles in size. Add baking soda (5 grams) dissolved in warm water into the dough, take it out and let it rest for 10 minutes

Divide into two dough cakes and place them in a steamer (upper and lower layers) and let them rest for 10 minutes

After the fire boils (steam comes out), stop the fire for 15 minutes and wait for 2 minutes to start the pot
