Wash the chicken feet, trim its nails first, and cut off all of them with scissors; boil water in a pot, soak the chicken feet in water first, and then rinse them with clean water;

Heat oil and sauté ginger and garlic until fragrant;

Add the drained chicken feet and stir-fry for a while;

Add light soy sauce, dark soy sauce, cooking wine, and salt, and stir-fry until evenly colored;

Pour in boiling water to cover the chicken feet, add star anise, bring to a boil over high heat and turn to medium to low heat;

When 1/4 of the soup is left, add appropriate amount of sugar and chicken essence, turn to high heat to reduce the juice, and that’s it!
