Peel and slice the pumpkin and steam it.

Steam for 15 minutes until cooked through.

Put glutinous rice flour and pumpkin in a bowl (add some sugar if you like it sweet).

Crush the pumpkin with a spoon.

Add a little water and stir with chopsticks until the dough becomes fluffy.

Start kneading the dough into a non-sticky dough (if dry, add water and if wet, add flour).

Take a piece of dough and roll it into a ball.

Do it in sequence (you can sprinkle a little powder on the plate to prevent sticking).

Boil the water in the pot and add the glutinous rice balls.

Use the back of a spoon to push the glutinous rice balls (drink 1-2 times of cold water halfway through).
