Wash and chop the old hen (I used black chicken) into pieces, wash the pork bones, wash and slice the ginger, put the red dates and water into the pot (the picture was accidentally deleted)

Turn the heat to low, add chestnuts after one hour, simmer for another 15 minutes, add wolfberry and salt

The treatment of chestnuts: use a knife to peel off the hard shell, put it in a basin and soak it in boiling water for 1 minute, take it out and rub it with your hands, and it will be clean as soon as you rinse it with water.
