The raw materials are as shown in the picture.

Cut the pork belly into thin slices and marinate with light soy sauce for a while. Slice the king oyster mushrooms with a diagonal knife. Slice green pepper and garlic. Dice chilli padi.

Heat a little oil in a pan and stir-fry the pork belly until the oil is released and turns golden brown. Add garlic slices and continue to stir-fry.

Add king oyster mushrooms and continue to stir-fry. Stir-fry until the king oyster mushrooms are soft, add salt and stir-fry evenly.

Add green pepper slices and chilli padi.

When the green pepper pieces are raw, add a little chicken powder to taste.
