Cut the ingredients into shreds and reserve potato shreds, cucumber shreds, and onion shreds (you can use shredded equipment, I can’t find it at home🙈).

Take a large bowl and add an appropriate amount of flour (I took about four spoons of the spoons in the picture) and add a whole egg;

Add appropriate amount of water and stir to form a paste. Add some salt to the batter. Stir the peppercorns and white pepper evenly. Add cooking oil and leave it for a while;

First add the shredded potatoes and stir evenly, then add in shredded cucumber and green onion and stir well;

Prepare a small-diameter non-stick pan, heat the oil in the pan, pour in the batter, spread it out, fry until it is set, then turn it over and fry both sides until it is golden brown, then turn down the heat and fry for a while, then it is ready... These amounts make a total of three pancakes🤪If you want to eat crispy ones, you can make four pancakes thinner and it should be no problem👌
