To the prepared pork belly, add minced coriander, minced green onions, a few drops of soy sauce, an egg, starch, salt, chicken essence, and cooking oil, stir and set aside

Boil water and add an appropriate amount of salt. Gather the mixed meat filling into balls and put them in the pot (be careful not to boil the meatballs on a low heat). Stir the meatballs with a spoon while putting them in so that they don't stick to the bottom of the pot. Put the meatballs on high heat and cook for three minutes

After the meatballs are cooked, add the vermicelli and continue cooking

When it's about to come out of the pan, add a little coriander, dried shrimps, chicken essence, and seasoning and it's ready to serve!
