Prepare the ingredients, a pack of dried Youxian Xiang, wash the leeks, drain and set aside.

Wash the dried fungus, soak it in water and set aside.

Chop the leeks and fungus separately.

Place the chopped ingredients on a large plate.

Add the minced meat to the chopped ingredients. (I usually use front meat and hind leg meat. Generally, meat shops can help you mince the meat for free.)

A Knorr soup pot, peanut oil, a little oyster sauce and a little salt (because the soup pot already contains salt, so you don’t need to add a lot of salt. You can also increase the amount according to personal preference.), add the chopped ingredients and stir evenly, and the dumpling filling is ready.

Let’s start making dumplings now. Take an appropriate amount of dumpling filling and put it inside the dumpling wrapper.

Then fold the dumpling wrapper in half and press it in the middle.

In the next two places, press and hold the cross shape toward the middle, similar to a butterfly shape.

Take two of them and press towards the middle.

The edge of the lock must be pinched tightly. This will prevent the dumpling filling from spilling out during cooking.
