My stir-fried meat with garlic moss may be different from others, because both my husband and I like to fry the meat inside like dried meat, and the garlic moss is not so hard!

Wash and cut the garlic into sections, and cut the tenderloin into thick shreds (as shown in the picture)

Heat the oil in the pan, add the shredded pork and stir-fry until the shredded pork is slightly charred!
