Edamame beans are a very seasonal dish. Recently, it was the time to eat fresh edamame beans, and relatives in my hometown gave me a big pot of them. It's perfect for making fresh cat's scratch beans and frying them. The taste is very sweet and I only use light soy sauce when making it. It can maintain its original fragrance.
