After-oil method! Put all the ingredients except butter into the bread machine and start the kneading cycle until it ends. Add room temperature butter and start the kneading process again to the end.

The dough is automatically fermented in the bread machine until doubled in size.

Take out the dough to deflate, cover tightly and rest for 15 minutes.

Roll out the dough into a 36*23 rectangular piece, brush the surface with a layer of corn oil, and do not brush the edges with oil.

Roll the dough into a long cylinder shape.

Cut into 9 equal parts with a knife and set aside the head and tail parts.

Cut the remaining 7 pieces diagonally into 14 pieces

Get an 8-inch cake tin or pizza pan. Arrange 10 diagonal pieces around the perimeter. Place the remaining 4 diagonal pieces in the middle, and then place one of the remaining two dough pieces squarely in the middle.
