Stir-fried chayote tips

Overview

This is a new dish that I only tried when I came to Yunnan. I fell in love with the crispy and sweet texture as soon as I tasted it.

Steps

1. 1 Wash the chayote tips.

   

2. 2 Heat oil in a hot pan.

   

3. 3 Stir fry over high heat.

   

4. 4 Sauté until soft and add salt.

   

5. 5 Stir-fry until water comes out and take out of the pot.

   

6. 6 Well! Delicious!
