Prepare ingredients: cut chicken breast into small pieces, mix well with cooking wine and starch and marinate; chop green onions, dice carrots, wash and drain peas.

Put the oil in the pot and sauté the chopped green onions until fragrant. Add chicken breasts and stir-fry until white.

Add carrots and fry until cooked.
