Overview
Being tempted by Four Seasons Bakery every day, I really can’t resist the urge to try it myself. Mango mousse cup, asked. A cup costs 35 yuan. I think it's priceless. I can make four cups for 35 yuan haha. And it adds even more fun!

Prepare one portion each of mango puree and mango juice. If you don’t have a juicer at home, just use the puree pressed through the leakage net.

Whip the light cream and sugar until 70%.

Take 7 grams of fish gelatin powder and soak it in cold boiled water 5 times until it melts

Add milk to mango puree and melted isinglass powder and mix well.

Take the stirred puree and add the whipped cream

Mix well.

Fill the cup! Place in the refrigerator to chill for more than three hours.

I forgot to take a picture of this step. Making mirror surface: Take the remaining 3 grams of fish gelatin powder and add 5 times of water to dissolve it and add mango juice. Stir well and add to the solidified mousse cup. Place in the refrigerator again until solid!

The finished product is not bad! Refrigerate again.
