Use flour, water and baking powder to make a softer dough

Let it rise for two hours, depending on the temperature. When the original two parts of the dough are still there and honey-like gaps can be seen on the surface, it is ready

Chopped green onion

Mix two spoons of oil, two spoons of salt and one spoon of thirteen incense

Divide the dough into three parts and knead

Make into pancakes

Brush oil

Sprinkle chopped green onion

Roll up from one side

Use both hands to gently stretch it to both sides to make it thinner and longer

Plate it up

Roll into a cake of about 0.5cm

After everything is tied, wake up for 10~20 minutes

Wake up for a while

Light the fire, heat the pot, add a little more oil than usual for cooking

Place the cake and cook over low heat for three minutes
