Stir-fried Pork with Mushrooms and Onions

One of my favorite dishes when I was in school, a combination of meat and vegetables, nutritious and delicious, a quick lunch for one person.

Prepare ingredients.

Heat oil in a pan, add star anise pepper, take it out after it is fragrant.

Add the meat slices and ginger slices, add cooking wine and dark soy sauce to remove the fishy smell.

Add mushrooms and onions, cumin, and green onions.

Stir fry for a while and add oyster sauce, light soy sauce and salt. Stir well.

Continue to stir-fry for a while, sprinkle with chopped green onions, and remove from the pan.
