Put oil, sugar, and eggs in a container.

Stir until the sugar melts.

Mix the flour and baking powder evenly, then sift into the egg mixture.

Cut into dough, being careful not to over-knead.

Take a small piece of dough, put it into a lightly oiled mold, and smooth it out.

Gently knock out the peach cake embryos and place them on oiled tin foil, leaving a certain gap between them to prevent them from sticking together after expansion.

Preheat the oven to 180 degrees, then bake on the middle rack at 160 degrees for 27 minutes. Turn off the heat and bake for a while using the residual heat. Take it out. After drying, it will be crispy and delicious.
