Clean and wash the fresh crucian carp, and remove the black membrane inside the abdomen. The crucian carp I bought was smaller, so I used 4 fish, which can be adjusted according to the size. Cut the tofu into small pieces. Prepare chopped green onion and shredded ginger.

Heat oil in a pan, add water to the pan and fry the crucian carp until browned. After frying one side, fry the other side.

After both sides are fried, add appropriate amount of water.

Add tofu, green onions and ginger and simmer over high heat.

It won't take about 5 minutes, the soup will turn milky white, add salt. Remove from the pan.
