Slice green onions diagonally; flatten and chop garlic.

Clean the chrysanthemum, blanch it in boiling water for one minute, drain it into cold water and cut it into small pieces.

Wash the red pepper and cut into small strips.

Put the chrysanthemum, red pepper, scallions and garlic into a basin, add salt, sugar, sesame oil and white sesame seeds.
