Handmade Nougat

Overview

Before the Spring Festival, I specially made a few boxes of handmade nougat for my family to taste! I wanted to make more, but I didn’t know that I didn’t prepare enough candy wrappers. When I was about to buy more, there was no express delivery, which made me a little depressed~~~

1. 1 Prepare all ingredients

   

2. 2 Put butter in a non-stick pan and heat over low heat until melted

   

3. 3 After the butter is completely melted, shake the pot to spread the butter evenly on the bottom of the pot

   

4. 4 Pour in marshmallows

   

5. 5 Stir constantly with a wooden spatula to incorporate the butter into the marshmallows

   

6. 6 Turn off the heat: Pour in the whole milk powder and mix quickly

   

7. 7 Pour in peanuts

   

8. 8 Mix well as soon as possible

   

9. 9 Move to a non-stick gold plate and press lightly to form a rectangle

   

10. 10 When cool to slightly hot, cut into long strips first and then into small pieces

    

11. 11 Wrap it in candy wrapper

    

12. 12 Put it in a packaging box and give it away as a face-saving gift
