Pork and Potato Sauce

As a meal, this diced meat and potato sauce often appears on our dining table. It is a must-have dish that is loved by all ages in my family.

Peel and dice the potatoes, soak them in water and set aside. Cut the lean meat and half an onion into dices. Add an appropriate amount of Northeastern soybean paste and add 2 tablespoons of light soy sauce, half a tablespoon of sugar and half a tablespoon of oyster sauce. Mix thoroughly and set aside.

In a hot pan, add 1 tbsp of meat and oil until it melts, add 2 chili peppers and fry until fragrant, then stir-fry the diced meat until it changes color, add onions and stir-fry, then pour in the prepared sauce and stir-fry briefly.

Add the potatoes and stir-fry briefly, add an appropriate amount of water, simmer over high heat, turn to low heat and cover for about 10 minutes, then turn over high heat to reduce the soup and take it out of the pot.
