Remove the old stems of cowpeas, break them into inch sections and wash them.

Cut the dried beans into thin strips.

Cut the lean meat into shreds, add salt, cooking wine, light soy sauce, and water starch, mix well, and marinate for 10 minutes.

Blanch the cowpeas in a pot of boiling water until soft, then drain into cold water.
