Raw material picture. Peel the banana and beat the eggs. It’s best to choose a straighter and slightly smaller banana. I only had one at home and I didn’t have a choice, so I later trimmed it to a smaller size, haha.

Trim the toast.

Bake both sides of the pan until soft. (This step can be heated in a microwave to soften it)

Use a rolling pin to roll it thin. (You can also only peel off the interface part on the thin edge)

After wrapping the bananas, seal the edges with some egg wash.

Roll in a layer of egg liquid.

Apply a layer of bread crumbs.

Add oil to the pan and fry until the skin is golden brown and crispy. (It is best to use more frying for this step. I changed to frying to save oil)
