Cut the cucumber into small pieces and set aside

Prepare appropriate amount of ginger and garlic

Pour appropriate amount of oil into the pot and sauté ginger, garlic and chili until fragrant

Add tomatoes and stir-fry

Add small pieces of borneol and appropriate amount of salt. Adding salt here can also force out the juice from the tomatoes, so there is no need to add salt in the future. To prevent it from burning out, add a little water to the pot and cover it with a lid.
